Need to update your order? No problem! Just contact us within 12 hours at gym.primes.store@gmail.com For returns or exchanges, email us and we’ll guide you through the process.
We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described in the product photos or description.
The wrong item was sent (wrong size, color, or product).
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference if the product matches the description and photos.
